Why This Happens

Ad sets can only be assigned to one club at a time. When you assign an ad set to a club, it becomes locked to that club and unavailable for use elsewhere in your organisation. No other club or competition can use that ad set until you remove the club assignment.

This restriction ensures that club-specific sponsor content only appears for that club's matches and prevents accidental use of another club's sponsor ads.

How to Make an Ad Set Available

1. Click Ads in the left-hand dashboard

2. Select Ad Sets

3. Find and select the ad set you want to make available

4. Look for the Assign to Club field at the top right of the screen

5. Click the small X next to the club name to remove the assignment

6. The club name will disappear from the dropdown menu

7. Click Save at the bottom of the screen

The ad set is now unassigned and can be allocated to any other club, competition, or used in any ad slot throughout your organisation.
