Updating Your Profile Details

Your profile in LIGR Live stores the personal information associated with your user account, including your name, contact details, and login credentials.


Accessing Your Profile

Your profile is where you manage the details tied to your individual user account within your Organisation. Keeping this information up to date ensures you receive the right notifications and that your account remains secure.


1. Log in to LIGR Live.


2. Click your profile avatar in the top corner of the screen.


3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Updating Your Personal Details

From the Profile page, you can edit the basic information associated with your account.


1. Navigate to the Profile section.


2. Update any of the following fields:


• First name


• Last name


• Email address


• Phone number (if available)


1. Click Save to apply your changes.

Changing Your Password

If you need to update your password, you can do so from the same Profile page.


1. Locate the Password section of your profile.


2. Enter your current password.


3. Enter your new password and confirm it.


4. Click Save to update.


Updating Your Profile Image

A profile image helps other users in your Organisation identify you quickly.


1. Click your current avatar or the image placeholder on the Profile page.


2. Upload a new image from your computer.


3. Save your changes.

Tips

• Use the email address you check most often — important account and match notifications are sent here.


• If you belong to multiple Organisations, your profile details apply across all of them.


• Keep your password secure and avoid sharing your login with other operators. If others need access, invite them as a separate user with the appropriate role (Admin, User, Gameday Operator, Live Scorer, or Media Viewer).


Common Issues

My changes aren't saving. Make sure all required fields are filled in correctly before clicking Save. Refresh the page and try again if the issue persists.


I can't change my email address. Some Organisations restrict email changes. If the field is locked, contact your Organisation Owner or Admin.


I've forgotten my current password. Log out and use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset it via email.


My profile image won't upload. Check that your image is in a supported format (such as JPG or PNG) and within the file size limit.
