Team lineups in the Control Room let you display starting players, substitutes, and formations as on-screen Graphics during a Match, giving viewers clear information about who is playing.

Before You Start

Before you can manage lineups in the Control Room, make sure you have:

• A Match created under a Competition

• Both Teams assigned to the Match

• Players added to each Team via the Club or Team asset pages

• A Theme Instance applied to the Competition that includes lineup Graphics

• Access to the Match via the Production Link

Accessing Lineups in the Control Room

1. Open the Match from your Matches list.

2. Click the Production Link to launch the Control Room.

3. Locate the lineup section in the Control Room sidebar or Graphics panel.

4. You will see both Teams listed with their current squad of Players.

Setting Starting Players and Substitutes

Lineups need to be confirmed before kick-off so the correct Players appear in your Graphics.

1. Select a Team to edit its lineup.

2. Drag or toggle Players between the starting lineup and substitutes.

3. Assign shirt numbers if they are not already set on the Player asset.

4. Mark the captain where the option is available.

5. Repeat for the opposing Team.

6. Save your changes before triggering any lineup Graphics.

Editing Player Details on the Fly

If a Player's information needs a quick change before the Match starts:

• Update the shirt number directly in the lineup panel

• Swap a Player in or out of the starting lineup

• Changes here will flow through to any lineup-related Graphics and the Scorebug

Triggering Lineup Graphics

Once the lineup is set, you can show it on the Stream.

1. Open the Graphics panel in the Control Room.

2. Find the lineup Graphic for the relevant Team (for example, Home Lineup or Away Lineup).

3. Click to trigger the Graphic as an Overlay on your output.

4. Use the same panel to take the Graphic off air when finished.

If your Match is running on an Automated Game Plan, lineup Graphics may play automatically as part of the pre-game Playlist. In Manual Mode, you will trigger each lineup Graphic yourself.

Handling Substitutions During a Match

Substitutions made during the Match can be reflected in the Control Room and in your lineup Graphics.

1. Open the lineup panel for the Team making the substitution.

2. Move the outgoing Player to the bench and the incoming Player to the starting lineup.

3. If your scorer is using the LiveScore App, substitution Match Facts will update the lineup automatically.

4. Trigger a substitution Graphic from the Graphics panel if your Theme includes one.

Tips

• Confirm both lineups well before kick-off so pre-game Playlists have accurate data.

• Double-check shirt numbers match what Players are wearing on the day.

• If a Player is missing from the list, add them to the Team asset first, then refresh the Control Room.

• Use the Monitoring Link on a second screen to preview how lineup Graphics look before taking them live.

Common Issues

A Player is missing from the lineup panel The Player has not been added to the Team. Open the Team asset, add the Player, and reload the Control Room.
