Playlists in LIGR Live let you trigger an automated sequence of Graphics during a Match, so you can fire a coordinated set of overlays with a single click instead of playing each Graphic individually.
What Is a Playlist?
A Playlist is a pre-built sequence of Graphics that plays in order when triggered from the Control Room. Playlists are useful for moments that always follow the same structure, such as:
• Pre-Match build-ups (team lineups, head-to-head stats, venue information)
• Half-time breaks (score summary, sponsor Graphics, upcoming fixtures)
• Full-time wrap-ups (final score, player of the match, post-Match stats)
• Goal or scoring celebrations (scorer Graphic, updated score, replay bug)
Playlists can be triggered manually by a Gameday Operator in the Control Room, or fired automatically as part of an Automated Game Plan.

Prerequisites
Before you can manage Playlists in the Control Room, make sure you have:
• A Match created under a Competition with a Theme Instance assigned
• A Production Link to open the Control Room for that Match
• The correct permission level (Gameday Operator, User, Admin, or Owner)
• Playlists already built into the Theme Instance or Game Plan for the Competition
Opening the Playlists Panel
1. Open the Production Link for your Match to launch the Control Room.
2. Locate the Playlists section in the Control Room interface.
3. You will see a list of all Playlists available for this Match, based on the Theme Instance and Game Plan assigned to the Competition.

Triggering a Playlist Manually
1. In the Playlists panel, find the Playlist you want to play.
2. Click the Playlist to start it.
3. The Graphics within the Playlist will play in their configured order.
4. The Control Room will show which Graphic in the Playlist is currently on air.
Stopping or Skipping a Playlist
• To stop a Playlist early, take the current Graphic off air from the Control Room.
• To skip ahead, trigger the next Graphic in the Playlist manually.
Playlists in Automated Game Plans
If your Match is running on an Automated Game Plan, Playlists can be set to fire automatically based on Match events captured in the LiveScore App or triggered by time-based rules.
Examples include:
• A pre-game Playlist that plays before kick-off
• A goal Playlist that fires when a goal Match Fact is recorded
• A post-game Playlist that plays at full time
When a Playlist is part of an Automated Game Plan, the Control Room will still show it playing, and you can monitor or override it if needed.

Switching Between Manual Mode and Automated Playback
If you want full control over when Playlists play, switch the Match to Manual Mode in the Control Room. In Manual Mode:
• Automated Game Plan triggers are disabled
• You must fire each Playlist yourself from the Playlists panel
• Individual Graphics can still be triggered alongside Playlists
Tips
• Preview Playlists before the Match starts by triggering them in the Control Room while the Graphics output is not yet live.
• Use Playlists for repeatable moments so your broadcast looks consistent across every Match.
• Keep an eye on the Playlist progress indicator so you know when the sequence has finished.
• If you need to insert a single Graphic mid-Playlist (for example, a sponsor Graphic), you can trigger it from the Graphics panel without stopping the Playlist.
Common Issues
A Playlist is missing from the Control Room Check that the Theme Instance assigned to the Competition includes that Playlist, and that the Match is using the correct Theme Instance.
A Playlist fired at the wrong time Review the Automated Game Plan rules for the Competition. The trigger event or timing may need adjusting.
A Graphic inside a Playlist did not play Confirm that all required Match data (such as team logos, player names, or scores) is available. Graphics with missing data may be skipped.
The Playlist will not stop Switch to Manual Mode or take the current Graphic off air to interrupt the sequence.
