Monitoring stream health in LIGR Live lets you confirm that your Input is connected, your broadcast is stable, and your Destinations are receiving the feed correctly throughout a match.
Why Monitor Stream Health
Keeping an eye on your stream during a live match helps you catch problems early, before they affect your viewers. A healthy stream means:
• Your encoder (OBS, vMix, or hardware) is successfully sending video to LIGR
• Your Input is receiving a stable signal
• Your Destinations (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or RTMP endpoints) are online and receiving the feed
• Overlays and graphics are being composited correctly on the output
Where to Monitor Stream Health
Stream health information is available in the Streaming tab and within the Control Room for each match.

Streaming Tab
The Streaming tab gives you an overview of all your Inputs and Destinations. From here you can check connection status across your organisation.
Control Room
The Control Room shows live status information for the specific match you are operating, including the Input feed and any active Destinations.
Multiview
Multiview lets you monitor multiple streams at once, which is useful if you are running several matches in parallel or want to compare the Input and final output side by side.
How to Check Stream Health Before a Match
1. Open the Streaming tab from the left sidebar.
2. Confirm your Input shows as connected and is receiving video from your encoder.
3. Open the match in the Control Room using the Production Link.
4. Verify the Input preview is showing live video.
5. Check that your Destinations are configured and show a ready or connected status.

How to Monitor During a Live Match
1. Keep the Control Room open on one screen.
2. Use Multiview on a second screen if you are monitoring more than one match.
3. Watch the Input status to make sure your encoder connection stays stable.
4. Watch each Destination status to confirm the stream is still being delivered.
5. Check the output to confirm overlays and the Scorebug are rendering correctly.

Tips
• Always run a test stream from your encoder before the match starts to confirm the Input is stable.
• If you are using NDI to bring LIGR graphics into vMix or OBS, monitor both the encoder side and the LIGR Input side.
• Use the Monitoring Link if you want to watch the graphics output without risking accidental changes in the Control Room.
• Keep your encoder bitrate consistent with what your Destinations support to avoid dropped frames.
Common Issues
Input Shows as Disconnected
• Check that your encoder is still running and streaming to the correct RTMP endpoint.
• Confirm your internet connection at the encoder location is stable.
• Restart the stream from your encoder if needed.
Destination Shows an Error
• Check that the Destination credentials (such as a YouTube Live stream key) are still valid.
• Confirm the Destination platform has not ended or expired the live event.
• Re-enter the RTMP details if the Destination was recently changed.
Video Appears But Overlays Do Not
• Confirm you are viewing the LIGR output, not the raw Input.
• Check the Control Room to make sure the correct Theme Instance and Game Plan are loaded.
• Verify that graphics are being triggered either by the Automated Game Plan or Manual Mode.
Stream Quality Is Poor
• Lower the bitrate or resolution in your encoder settings.
• Check the upload speed at the encoder location.
• Switch to a wired connection if you are currently on Wi-Fi.
