Match Recordings in LIGR Live give you access to the full video recording of a match after it has finished, so you can review, clip, and share the footage.
What Are Match Recordings?
When a Match is streamed through LIGR Live, the platform automatically captures a recording of the broadcast. These recordings become the source material for creating Moments, Highlights, and Compilations, and can also be viewed directly from the match's Review Page.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
• A completed Match that was streamed through LIGR Live
• The appropriate permission level (Owner, Admin, User, Gameday Operator, or Media Viewer access)
• The Match available within your Organisation
How to Access a Match Recording
1. Log in to LIGR Live and open your Organisation.
2. Navigate to the Matches section from the main menu.
3. Locate the Match you want to review. You can filter by Competition or search by team name.
4. Click on the Match to open its details.
5. Open the Review Page for that Match.
6. The recording will be available for playback within the Review Page.

Viewing the Recording
From the Review Page, you can:
• Play back the full Match recording
• Scrub through the timeline to find specific moments
• View Match Facts alongside the video, such as goals, cards, and substitutions
• Access any Moments that have been tagged during or after the Match

Using Recordings for Highlights and Compilations
Once you have located a Match recording, you can:
• Create Moments by tagging short clips within the recording
• Generate Highlights automatically or manually from Match Facts
• Stitch multiple clips together into a Compilation
These tools are available from the multimedia area associated with the Match.
Tips
• Recordings are tied to the Match they were streamed with, so always start from the Matches list rather than searching elsewhere.
• If you plan to create Highlights, make sure Match Facts were captured accurately during the Match using the LiveScore App.
• Media Viewer access is a good permission level to assign to team members who only need to review or download recordings.
Common Issues
I can't see a recording for my Match
• Confirm the Match was streamed through LIGR Live. Matches that were not streamed will not have a recording.
• Check that the stream ran successfully without dropouts. Stream interruptions can affect recording availability.
The recording is missing sections
• This usually indicates the Input from your encoder dropped during the Match. Review your streaming setup for the next broadcast.
I don't have access to the Review Page
• Your user role may not include media access. Speak to your Organisation Owner or Admin about adjusting your permission level.
