Match Recordings in LIGR Live are the full-length video captures of your live streams, stored in the Multimedia section so you can review, download, and repurpose them after a match ends.
What Match Recordings Are
Every time you run a live stream through LIGR Live, a Match Recording is automatically created and saved. These recordings become the source material for Highlights, Moments, and Compilations, and they remain accessible after the match has finished through the Multimedia tab.
You'll find Match Recordings used for:
• Reviewing completed matches in full
• Generating Highlights and Moments from specific time ranges
• Building Compilations across one or more matches
• Downloading or sharing full-match video
• Checking stream quality after a broadcast

Where Match Recordings Are Stored
Match Recordings live inside the Multimedia tab in the left sidebar, under the Match Recordings section. Each recording is tied to the Match it was captured from, so you can trace it back to the correct Competition, Teams, and date.
How Recordings Are Linked to Matches
• Each Match Recording is automatically associated with the Match it came from
• Match Facts captured via the LiveScore App are linked to the same recording, which is what enables Highlights and Moments
• Recordings inherit the Competition and Team information from the Match
Accessing a Match Recording

2. Select Match Recordings from the Multimedia options.

What You Can Do With a Stored Match Recording
Once a Match Recording is available in Multimedia, you can:
• Play back the full match
• Create Highlights manually or review auto-generated ones
• Tag Moments for use in Compilations
• Download the recording file
• Share the recording with other users in your Organisation
Storage Considerations
Match Recording storage is part of your Organisation's account usage. To check how much storage or stream time you've used, head to the Profile & Account section.
• Usage is tracked at the Organisation level
• Recordings remain available as long as your plan supports them
• Deleting a Match Recording will also affect any Highlights, Moments, or Compilations that depend on it
Tips
• Download important recordings locally if you need a long-term archive outside LIGR Live.
• Create Highlights and Moments soon after a match ends while the Match Facts are fresh and easy to match to timestamps.
• Use clear Match names when creating Matches — this makes recordings much easier to find later in the Multimedia tab.
• Check your storage usage in Profile & Account before large tournament weekends to avoid surprises.
Common Issues
A Match Recording is missing from the Multimedia tab Make sure the Match actually went live and streamed through LIGR. If the stream never connected, no recording will have been created.
A recording is shorter than expected This usually means the Input stream disconnected during the Match. Check your encoder and stream health for that Match.
Highlights or Moments aren't generating Match Facts from the LiveScore App must be linked to the Match for event-based Highlights to appear. Confirm the Live Scorer was recording events during the broadcast.
I can't find an older recording Older recordings may be affected by your Organisation's retention or plan limits. Check the Profile & Account section for usage details.
