Sharing a Match Recording in LIGR Live lets you distribute the full video of a completed match to teammates, stakeholders, or audiences outside your Organisation.
Overview
Match Recordings are full-length captures of your live streams, stored in the Multimedia tab. Once a match has finished streaming and the recording has processed, you can share it directly from LIGR Live without needing to download and re-upload the file elsewhere.
This guide covers how to locate a Match Recording and share it with others.
Prerequisites
Before you can share a Match Recording, make sure:
• The match has finished streaming and the recording has finished processing
• You have permission to access the Multimedia tab (Owner, Admin, User, or Media Viewer)
• You know which match the recording belongs to
Finding Your Match Recording
1. Click the Multimedia tab in the left sidebar.
2. Select the Match Recordings section.
3. Locate the recording for the match you want to share. You can search or filter by match, competition, or date.
4. Click the recording to open its details.

Sharing a Match Recording
Once you've opened the recording, you have a few options for sharing it.
Share via Link
1. Open the Match Recording.
2. Select the share option to generate a shareable link.
3. Copy the link and send it to your recipient via email, message, or any other channel.
Anyone with the link will be able to view the recording.

Download and Share the File
If you'd prefer to send the file directly or upload it to another platform:
1. Open the Match Recording.
2. Click the download option.
3. Wait for the file to finish downloading to your device.
4. Share the file via your preferred method (cloud storage, email attachment, upload to YouTube, etc.).
Tips
• If you only need to share highlights rather than the full match, consider creating a Compilation or sharing individual Highlights instead — these are shorter and easier for viewers to watch.
• Use Moments tagged during the match to quickly build a Compilation before sharing.
• For public-facing viewing, the Match Centre and Review Page may already display match content without needing to share the raw recording.
Common Issues
The recording isn't showing up in Multimedia Match Recordings take time to process after a stream ends. Wait a few minutes and refresh the Multimedia tab.
I can't see the share or download option Check your user role. Media Viewers, Users, Admins, and Owners can access recordings, but some actions may be limited depending on your permission level.
The shared link isn't working for the recipient Make sure the recording has finished processing and that the link was copied in full.
