To edit ad set allocation within the Club Portal, users must possess the appropriate permissions granted by the organization's owner. An informative article detailing these permissions and the available options can be accessed here.
To adjust the allocation percentage for a specific team, you can follow the steps outlined below.
Click on the ad set you want to allocate from the Home section of the dashboard. In the example below, we are using McDonald's as the reference.
Choose the team you want to modify from the list of teams associated with the Ealing Eagles Club, located on the left-hand side of the screen.
You'll see a screen that resembles the one below; now, please select Ads Allocation.
To change the allocation for this team hot Customize.
Select the relevant ad set from the drop down, McDonalds in this example.
Change the Percentage to the desired amount.
Hit Save.
Congratulations, you have successfully adjusted the allocation for the specific team within the club using the Club Portal.
