Before proceeding with this article, please make sure that you have read the following article on Getting started with streaming. This article assumes that you are already familiar with the streaming process in your LIGR account.

Shortly after a match has been completed in the LiveScore App or via external data that was being used with streaming, a full match record will be available within the Multimedia section of your LIGR dashboard. You can then convert the match to MP4 and download it onto your local machine.

You can locate, convert, and download a completed match by following the steps below:

  • Click Multimedia in the left hand side dashboard.

  • Select Matches and a list of completed matches will be visible.

  • Click on the relevant match, or use the search function, and you will be directed to a screen that looks like the one shown below. Clicking on the play icon will start playing the captured footage.

  • Click on the icon labeled 1 in the image below. When you hover your mouse over the icon, a prompt will appear indicating that the recording has not been converted yet.

  • After you click on the icon, the conversion process will begin and the message Processing will be displayed to indicate that the conversion is in progress. Depending on the length of your match, this may take a few minutes.

  • Once the conversion is complete, you will see a message that says Completed.

  • To save the video file to your local machine, right-click on the download icon and select Save Link As.

  • Choose the location on your machine where you would like to save the file, give it a name, and click on the Save button to complete the download.

Congratulations! You have successfully downloaded a full match record in MP4 format.

If you would like to learn how to do the same process from the review page, you can refer to this article for guidance.
