If you find you are unable to access your account, it may be for one of the following reasons:
Your account is not yet verified
It may be that you have not yet verified your account via the verification email that was sent to you on sign up. Be sure to verify your account using the verification email. If you find you have not received the verification email, please check your junk/spam folder. In order to ensure you successfully receive emails from LIGR in future, make sure you mark any emails from us as safe so they don't get pushed to spam/junk.
Incompatible Web Browser
We recommend using Google Chrome or another 'Chromium' based browser when accessing and using LIGR.Live.
I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the below steps at the log in screen.
Click on the “Forgot your password?” option
Enter the email address registered to your LIGR account and then hit the “EMAIL ME A RESET LINK” button.
