A big tournament can have dozens of graphics: talent names, promos, tables and in-game graphics. Here's how to keep a room that size easy to run.
Lay it out like the rundown
Use lots of small sections, such as Talent Names, Promos, Breaks, Match IDs and Scorebugs.
Colour-code every section, so the operator always knows where they are.
Number graphic names to match the producer's rundown, such as 11A Promo. When the producer calls item 11A, the operator finds it straight away.
Find any graphic fast
Type a rundown number (like "11A") or a name into Search Graphics to find the graphic you need.
Live data from Google Sheets
Graphics such as tables, top scorers or the route to the final can read their data from a linked Google Sheet. The producer updates a cell, and the graphic updates with it. The graphic needs to be designed to read sheet data.
Tip: For multi-page graphics like tournament tables, build the template so the operator just switches between pages while the data fills itself in.
