Overview
Applying "Context" to a graphic ensures that clicking on a live match event (like a goal or red card) instantly queues up the correct graphic without manual dropdown selection.
You'll configure context when:
You want to speed up the operator's workflow during fast-paced matches.
You need specific graphics to be exclusively available for matching events.
Prerequisites
Graphic templates added to your control room with variables assigned.
Events generating in your control room via the Live Score App.
How to Set Up Context for Goals and Cards
Locate the specific graphic template in your section (e.g., "L3 Goal Scorer") and click the dots to select Edit.
Navigate to the Context menu.
In the dropdown, set the context type to match the event (e.g., select "Goal Event" for a goal template, or "Card Event" for a yellow/red card template).
Set the Context Value/Fact to the "Event" variable you configured previously.
Click Update Graphic.
How to Test Event Context
Log a new goal or card event in the Live Score App.
Once it appears in the control room's event section, click on the event.
Ensure that the corresponding graphic instantly populates in your preview window automatically linked to the correct player.
