Every control room is built on one theme, and the theme decides which graphics the room can use. This is the first step in setting up.
When to create a new control room
You're setting up graphics for the first time.
You produce different feeds, such as a world feed and a big-screen feed. Each can have its own room on the same theme. See Running more than one feed.
You broadcast different sports or competitions that use different themes.
Before you start
You need a theme published in your organisation.
Check Themes > Control Rooms first. You may already have a room you can use.
Create a control room
Go to Themes and click Control Rooms.
Click the button to add a new control room.
Enter a name your team will recognise, such as [Competition] – World Feed.
Select the theme it will use.
Click Create.
The new room appears in the list. When you open it, the header shows its theme and name.
