Overview

When you create an overlay and set the ad type to "Brands", your sponsor ads will not appear on screen unless you also enable the Enable Ads toggle in Overlay Settings. This is a separate step from selecting the ad type during overlay creation.

This toggle must be turned on for ads to display during your broadcast. If Enable Ads is off, no sponsor ads will appear on the overlay regardless of your ad type selection.

Prerequisites

* An overlay must already be created for your match

* The overlay's ad type must be set to "Brands" (set during overlay creation or in overlay configuration)

* You must have sufficient Graphics and Brands hours in your balance

* Ad campaigns must exist in the Ads section of your organization

How to Enable Ads on an Overlay

1. From the Matches tab, find your match and expand it

2. Click the three-dot menu next to the overlay

3. Select Settings

4. Confirm the Ad Type is set to Brands

5. Toggle Enable Ads to on

6. Click Save

Important Notes

Ads will only display if ALL of the following conditions are met:

* Ad Type is set to "Brands"

* Enable Ads toggle is ON in Overlay Settings

* You have sufficient Graphics and Brands hours in your balance

* The overlay is active (red indicator)

* Ad campaigns are configured in your Ads section

If Enable Ads is off or Ad Type is not set to Brands, no sponsor ads will display on that overlay regardless of how your ad campaigns are configured.

Checking Your Graphics and Brands Balance

Your remaining Graphics and Brands hours are visible in the top-right corner of the Matches page. You can also view detailed usage in Profile > Billing > Usage tab.

If your balance is low or at zero, ads will not appear on the broadcast even if Enable Ads is toggled on.
