Style and colour are the two biggest choices you'll make for your theme. The style sets the shape of every graphic, and the colour sets the main colour your viewers see. Start here, then add the finer details.

Before you start
Open a theme from Themes > Theme Management, for example LIGR FOOTBALL. It opens in the theme editor on the GRAPHICS & STYLES tab. See Find a theme.
At the top of the right panel, make sure Theme is selected, not Graphic. Theme settings change every graphic at once.
The right panel at a glance
With Theme selected, the right panel has six settings that apply to your whole theme: Theme (the style), Colour, Texture, Font, Animations and Edges. This article covers the first two. Texture and font, and animations and edges, have their own articles.
Pick a style
In the right panel, open Theme.
Pick a style, from Theme 1 to Theme 8.
Look at the preview in the middle of the screen.
The style changes the shape of every graphic: the outline, the layout of panels and how the text sits inside them. It's the foundation of your look, so it's worth trying a few. Each style keeps the same information on screen, so you won't lose any scores, names or stats by switching.
Choose a colour
Open Colour.
Choose the main colour for your graphics.
Check the preview, which updates straight away.
There's a wide range to choose from. Single colours include Black, Blue, Green, Navy, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Teal, White and Yellow, plus shades like Dark Green, Light Green and Midnight. There are also combinations such as Black And Gold, Purple And Blue and Red And Blue, and bright neon options.
Pick a colour that suits your competition or club branding. For example, LIGR Demo League might use Navy for a classic look, or Black And Gold for a finals series.
Watch the preview
The preview updates straight away, so you can see each change as you make it. Use it to compare options quickly:
Click a graphic in the list on the left, such as Scorebug or Lower Third, to preview it in your new style and colour.
Click REPLAY ANIMATION to watch the graphic come in, or tick Loop Animation to keep it playing.
Tips and common mistakes
Check every graphic. A style or colour can look great on a lower third and quite different on the scorebug. Click through the whole graphics list before you move on.
Think about contrast. Your graphics sit over live video. Strong, darker colours usually stay readable over grass, crowds and bright skies.
One graphic only? If you want just one graphic in a different colour, keep the theme colour here and change that graphic on its own. See Style a single graphic.
Nothing is saved yet. You'll see Unsaved changes until you create the theme profile. See Save your theme profile.
