Overview

Stream settings control how your video is processed and delivered during broadcasts. These settings include resolution, frame rate, server region, input assignment, audio configuration, idle images, automation timing, highlight generation, and recording storage.

You configure these settings when creating a stream or by editing an existing stream. Some settings can be changed while a stream is live, while others require the stream to be stopped first.

Accessing Stream Settings

From the Matches section:

1. Expand the match

2. Click the three-dot action menu next to the stream

3. Select Configure

Or from the Stream Monitoring page:

1. Click the three-dot menu in the top right

2. Select Stream Settings

Stream Settings cannot be accessed from Match Center.

Settings You Can Change While Live

The following settings can be modified while your stream is actively running:

* Add or remove destinations

* Change overlay assignment

* Adjust audio settings (mix, mute, volume)

Settings You Cannot Change While Live

These settings require the stream to be stopped before modification:

* Frame rate

* Resolution

* Region

* Input assignment

If you need to change frame rate, resolution, region, or input assignment, you must stop the stream, make the changes, then restart it.

Stream Configuration Options

Stream Template

Select a template created in Competition Settings to auto-fill all settings. This is optional.

Stream Name

Give your stream a descriptive name (e.g., "Main Camera", "Field View").

Stream Input

Select from inputs created in the Streaming tab. A stream cannot start without an input assigned.

Stream Size

Choose your output resolution:

* 1080p

* 720p

Destinations

Select up to 3 destinations (created in Streaming tab) where this stream will be sent.

Overlay

Assign an overlay to this stream (if overlay already exists for the match).

Idle Image

Upload an image to display when the stream is idle (before/after match).

Frames Per Second

Set FPS for the stream output.

Video Bitrate

Set the video bitrate (higher = better quality but requires more bandwidth).

Region

Select the server region closest to your location for best performance.

Audio Settings

Input Stream Volume

Pre-configure the audio level for incoming video.

Mix Input Audio Channels

Toggle on to mix left and right audio channels.

Mute Input Audio Channels

Mute left or right audio channels if needed.

Auto Stream Settings

Automate stream start/stop times:

* Stream Start: Set stream to start X minutes before scheduled match time (e.g., 5 or 10 minutes before)

* Go Live: Set destinations to start sending X minutes before match time

* Stream Stop: Set stream to automatically stop X minutes after match ends

Highlight and Recording Settings

Generate Highlights

MUST be toggled on if you want highlights created from match events. If this is off, no highlights will be generated.

Auto-Publish Highlights

Toggle on to automatically publish highlights to connected social media accounts.

Store Match Recording

Toggle on to archive a full recording of the stream. This automatically enables if Generate Highlights is on.

Start Overlay as Hidden

Toggle on to prevent overlay from appearing automatically when stream starts. You'll need to manually show graphics from the Control Room.

Saving Changes

After configuring your stream settings, click Create (for new streams) or Save (for existing streams) to apply your changes.
