The bulk import feature lets you add multiple players to your organization at once by uploading a CSV file. This is faster than creating players individually when you need to add entire team rosters.

You'll use this feature when:

​

• Adding a full team roster at once

​

• Setting up multiple teams at the start of a season

​

• Importing player data from existing spreadsheets

​

Download the sample CSV file to see the required format. Your file must match this structure exactly for the import to work correctly.

To begin, click Assets in the left sidebar, then click Players to open the players list. Look for the red button in the top right corner labeled Import Players and click it to launch the import screen.

On the import screen, download the sample file to see the required format, then prepare your CSV file so that it matches this structure exactly. Once your file is ready, upload it using the upload option provided on the same screen.

After uploading, you'll be taken to the Import Data Screen, where you should use the dropdown menu to assign the imported players to a team before confirming the import.

Finally, make sure the players toggle in match settings is turned on for any matches where you want these players to appear. Once you've completed these steps, the players are imported and assigned to the selected team.

The CSV file must match the format shown in the sample file. Incorrect formatting will cause the import to fail.

You must assign players to a team during the import process using the dropdown menu on the Import Data Screen. Players cannot be imported without a team assignment.

For players to appear in matches, the players toggle must be enabled in match settings for those specific matches.
