Overview
The bulk import feature lets you add multiple players to your organization at once by uploading a CSV file. This is faster than creating players individually when you need to add entire team rosters.
You'll use this feature when:
* Adding a full team roster at once
* Setting up multiple teams at the start of a season
* Importing player data from existing spreadsheets
Before You Start
Download the sample CSV file to see the required format. Your file must match this structure exactly for the import to work correctly.
How to Bulk Import Players
1. Click Assets in the left sidebar
2. Click Players
3. Click Import Players (red button, top right)
4. Download the sample file to see the required format
5. Prepare your CSV file formatted to match the sample
6. Upload your CSV file
7. On the Import Data Screen, use the dropdown menu to assign the imported players to a team before confirming the import
8. Ensure that the players toggle in match settings is toggled on for matches where you want these players to appear
The players are now imported and assigned to the selected team.
Important Notes
The CSV file must match the format shown in the sample file. Incorrect formatting will cause the import to fail.
You must assign players to a team during the import process using the dropdown menu on the Import Data Screen. Players cannot be imported without a team assignment.
For players to appear in matches, the players toggle must be enabled in match settings for those specific matches.
