How to Delete a Compilation

Written by Julian Rodrigues
Updated today

Deleting a Compilation in LIGR Live permanently removes a stitched-together highlight video from your Multimedia library when it is no longer needed.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your LIGR Live Organisation with permissions to manage Multimedia content

• Confirmed the Compilation is no longer required, as deletion cannot be undone

• Downloaded a local copy if you want to keep the video outside LIGR Live

Where to Find Your Compilations

Compilations live in the Multimedia tab, which is located in the left sidebar below Assets.

1. Open LIGR Live and sign in to your Organisation.

2. In the left sidebar, click Multimedia.

3. Select the Compilations section.

The Compilation will be removed from your Multimedia library.

Tips

• Download the Compilation before deleting it if you may need the video later.

• Deleting a Compilation does not delete the underlying Highlights or Moments it was built from — those remain available in the Multimedia tab.

• If you only need to update a Compilation, consider editing it rather than deleting and rebuilding from scratch.

Common Issues

Delete option is not visible: Your user role may not have permission to manage Multimedia content. Check with your Organisation Owner or Admin.

Compilation reappears after deletion: Refresh the Compilations list to confirm the deletion has been applied.

Accidentally deleted the wrong Compilation: Deletions are permanent. You will need to rebuild the Compilation from its source Highlights or Moments.
