Downloading a Compilation lets you save a stitched-together highlight reel from the Multimedia tab as a single video file for offline use, sharing, or re-uploading to other platforms.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
• An existing Compilation already created in the Multimedia tab
• Permission to access the Multimedia section of your Organisation
• A stable internet connection (Compilation files can be large)
Accessing Your Compilations
1. Log in to LIGR Live.
2. In the left sidebar, click Multimedia.
3. Select the Compilations tab.
4. Browse the list to find the Compilation you want to download.

Downloading a Compilation
1. Click the Compilation you want to download to open its detail view.
2. Locate the download option for the Compilation.
3. Click Download.
4. Wait for the file to be prepared and saved to your device.

Tips
• Rename the downloaded file straight away so you can easily identify the match or event it came from.
• Check that the Compilation has finished processing before downloading. A Compilation that is still rendering may not be available yet.
• If you plan to re-upload the Compilation to social platforms, download the highest quality version available to preserve graphics clarity.
Common Issues
• Download button is missing or greyed out: The Compilation may still be processing. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
• Download fails or stops partway: Check your internet connection and try again. Large Compilations may take longer to download.
• File will not play after downloading: Ensure the download completed fully. Try opening the file in a different media player such as VLC.
• Cannot find the Compilation: Confirm you are in the correct Organisation and that the Compilation was saved rather than discarded after creation.
