Removing or archiving Highlights in LIGR Live helps you keep your match recordings library tidy by clearing out unused clips while preserving the ones you want to keep accessible.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
• An account with permission to manage media (Owner, Admin, or User role)
• At least one match with existing Highlights you want to manage
• Reviewed the Highlights to confirm which ones you no longer need

Accessing Your Highlights
1. Log in to your LIGR Live organisation.
2. Navigate to the match that contains the Highlights you want to manage.
3. Open the match and go to the Highlights section.
4. Browse the list of available Highlights generated from the match recording.
Deleting a Highlight
Deleting a Highlight removes it permanently from your library.
1. Locate the Highlight you want to remove in the Highlights list.
2. Click the options menu on the Highlight.
3. Select Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Happens When You Delete
• The Highlight clip is removed from the Highlights library
• Any Compilations that include the deleted Highlight may be affected
• The underlying match recording is not affected
• Moments used to create the Highlight remain available in the match recording
Archiving a Highlight
If you want to remove a Highlight from your active view without permanently deleting it, archiving keeps the clip stored but out of the way.
1. Find the Highlight in your Highlights list.
2. Open the options menu for that Highlight.
3. Select the archive option.
4. The Highlight is moved out of the active Highlights view.
Managing Multiple Highlights
If your match has many Highlights to clean up:
• Review each Highlight before deleting to avoid losing useful clips
• Consider building a Compilation first if you want to preserve key moments before removing individual Highlights
• Archive rather than delete when you are unsure whether you will need the clip later
Tips
• Always double-check the Highlight preview before deleting — deletions cannot be undone.
• Download important Highlights locally before deleting if you want an offline backup.
• Use consistent naming on your Highlights to make it easier to identify which clips to remove.
• If a Highlight is part of a Compilation you plan to keep, archive it instead of deleting.
Common Issues
The delete option is not visible Check your user role. Only Owners, Admins, and Users with media permissions can delete Highlights. Media Viewers have view-only access.
A deleted Highlight is still appearing in a Compilation Compilations are built from the Highlights available at the time of creation. You may need to rebuild or edit the Compilation after removing a Highlight.
I deleted a Highlight by mistake Deletions are permanent. You can recreate the Highlight from the original Moments in the match recording if they are still available.
Highlights are missing entirely Confirm you are viewing the correct match and that Highlights were generated for that match recording.
