Tagging Match Facts as Moments in LIGR Live lets you mark key events during a match so they can be quickly turned into Highlights and Compilations after the match ends.
What Are Moments?
Moments are short tagged clips within a match recording. Each Moment points to a specific point in time in the recording, making it easy to find, review, and export key action later.
When you tag a Match Fact (such as a goal, card, or substitution) as a Moment, LIGR Live uses the timestamp of that event to create a clip anchor in the recording.
Prerequisites
Before you can tag Match Facts as Moments, make sure:
• The Match has been created and is live or completed
• A recording is being captured for the Match
• Match Facts are being recorded, either via the LiveScore App or directly in the Control Room
• You have the correct permission level (Admin, User, or Gameday Operator)
Tagging Match Facts as Moments During a Match
Match Facts captured during a live Match are automatically time-stamped against the recording. You can tag them as Moments while the Match is in progress.
From the LiveScore App
1. Open the LiveScore App and select the active Match.
2. Record Match Facts as events happen (goals, cards, substitutions, corners, period changes).
3. Each Match Fact is automatically logged with a timestamp against the Match recording.

From the Control Room

2. Use the Match Facts panel to log events as they happen.
3. Confirm each event so it is timestamped against the recording.

• Delete Moments you no longer need

Tips
• Tag Match Facts as they happen rather than waiting until after the Match to save time.
• Use descriptive names when renaming Moments so they are easy to find when building Compilations.
• Review the clip in and out points before exporting — small adjustments can make a big difference to the final Highlight.
• Live Scorers can focus on logging accurate Match Facts, while Gameday Operators or Admins can handle the Moment tagging afterwards.
Common Issues
Match Facts are not appearing in the Moments list Check that the Match is being recorded and that Match Facts were logged with accurate timestamps. Moments rely on both the recording and the event timestamp being present.
The clip does not line up with the action Broadcast delay or scorer reaction time can offset timestamps. Use the trim controls to adjust the in and out points of the Moment.
I cannot see the Moments section Make sure your user role has access to multimedia features. Live Scorers and Media Viewers have limited access — ask an Admin or Owner if you need your permissions updated.
No recording is available for the Match Moments require a Match recording. Confirm that your Input and Stream are configured correctly and that recording was enabled for the Match.
