In Manual mode, you decide which graphic goes on air and when. This article shows you how to check a graphic, preview it, put it on air and take it off again from the Control Room.

Before you start
Open the Control Room for your match, for example Harbour City (HCF) v Ridgeview (RVR) in the LIGR Demo League.
Make sure the Control Room is in Manual mode. In Auto mode, the game plan runs graphics automatically.
Your Control Room needs graphics added to its sections. If a section is empty, use Add Graphic to choose graphics from your theme's library.
Find the graphic you need
There are three ways to find a graphic quickly:
From the graphics list: click a section tab, such as PRE-MATCH or FIRST HALF, and pick a graphic. You can also type its name into Search Graphics.
From an event: click the Events tab. Goals, cards and subs logged in the LiveScore app appear here as they happen. Click an event and the list filters to the graphics linked to that event, already filled in. Click the × on the event chip to see all your graphics again.
From the team sheet: click the Teams tab, then click a team for its line-up, or a player for their name graphic.
Team line-ups only appear once the line-up has been saved in the LiveScore app or has arrived through external data.
Put a graphic on air
Check the details. Click the arrow on the graphic's row to expand it. Look over its details before it goes out, including any control variables the operator can change. For example, a Team Line-up graphic has a TeamShow dropdown where you choose the home or away team. Set these how you want them first.
Preview it. Click Preview to see exactly how the graphic will look on screen. Previewing does not put anything on air, so it's a safe way to check names, scores and the right team before your viewers see it.
Send it to air. Click GFX IN. The graphic's row gets a red outline to show it's live, and its name appears as a chip in the bar at the top of the Control Room. The top bar gives you a quick view of everything that's currently on air.
Take a graphic off air
When you're done, you have two options:
Click GFX OUT on the graphic's row.
Click the cross on the graphic's name in the top bar. This is handy when you've moved to another section tab and can't see the graphic's row.
Either way, the red outline disappears and the name is removed from the top bar.
If several graphics are on air at once, use the control in the top bar to take multiple or all graphics off air in one click. This is useful at a break or when you need a clean screen quickly.
The scorebug button
Your scorebug has its own button at the top of the Control Room, so you can bring it in and out without hunting through the sections. Choose which scorebug graphic to use first. Until a scorebug graphic is selected, the button has nothing to send to air.
Tips and common mistakes
Changing a live graphic: if a graphic is already on air and you change a control variable, nothing changes on screen until you click Update. This lets you prepare the change before your viewers see it.
Always preview first: a quick preview catches the wrong team or a missing value before it goes out.
Line-up missing? Check that the line-up has been saved in the LiveScore app. It won't show in the Control Room until it has.
Watch the top bar: it's the fastest way to see what's live. Clear old graphics before sending new ones so the screen doesn't get crowded.
