Overview

If you've recorded a match fact incorrectly—wrong player, wrong team, or wrong time—you can edit it directly from the LiveScore App. Your changes are saved immediately and will be reflected in your match record and on any configured overlays.

How to edit a match fact

1. Tap the clock icon in the top left of the screen to open Match History

2. Find the fact you want to edit in the chronological list

3. Tap the three dots (ellipsis) to the right of that fact

4. Select "Edit" from the menu that appears at the bottom of your screen

5. You will see the Edit Fact page where you can modify:

* The fact type (change a yellow card to a red card, for example)

* The time when the fact occurred (MM:SS format)

* The team (if you assigned it to the wrong team)

* The player (if player data is enabled and you selected the wrong player)

6. Make your changes

7. Tap "UPDATE" in the top right of the screen

8. You will return to the scoring page

Your changes are now saved and will be reflected in your match record and on overlays.

Time format

All times are entered in MM:SS format (minutes:seconds). For example:

* 05:30 = 5 minutes and 30 seconds into the match

* 45:00 = 45 minutes (end of first half in soccer)

* 78:15 = 78 minutes and 15 seconds
