Overview

Match Center provides a dedicated space to review and manage highlights as they're generated during your live broadcast. Every time a match event is logged — such as a goal, card, or substitution — a highlight appears in the Match Center timeline. From there, you can review the clip, tag it for organization, download it, edit it, share it to social media, or combine multiple highlights into one video.

You access Match Center from the Matches section by clicking the three-dot Actions menu for any match and selecting "Match Center". Match Center can also be accessed for completed matches in the Completed tab.

How Match Center Displays Highlights

When highlights are generated from match events, they appear in the timeline section at the center of the Match Center page. The timeline automatically logs critical moments: goals, substitutions, cards, and other events recorded by the LiveScore app or external data providers.

Each event in the timeline has a highlight button. Clicking this button opens the highlight on the right side of the screen, replacing the live stream or match recording view.

Reviewing a Highlight

1. Locate the match event in the Match Center timeline

2. Click the highlight button for that event

3. The highlight appears in the right-side panel

4. Click the play button to watch the highlight

The highlight shows the match event with the configured lead time (seconds before the event) and lag time (seconds after the event).

Tagging Highlights

Tags help you organize highlights for easy filtering later — for example, "Goal of the Season", "Try of the Month", or "Save of the Week".

To tag a highlight from Match Center:

1. Click the highlight button to open it in the right-side panel

2. Click in the Apply Tags field

3. Select from existing tags or create a new tag

4. Popular tags appear as recommendations

Tags applied in Match Center are stored with the highlight and available for filtering in the Multimedia > Highlights section.

Downloading Highlights

To download a highlight directly from Match Center:

1. Open the highlight in the right-side panel

2. Click the Download button

3. Download progress appears in the top right corner

The highlight downloads to your local machine as an MP4 file.

Editing Highlights

You can make edits to highlights directly from Match Center:

1. Open the highlight in the right-side panel

2. Click the edit option (available below or next to the video player)

3. The video editor opens with your highlight on the timeline

From the video editor, you can add pre-roll or post-roll videos, adjust the clip length, or combine the highlight with other media. Changes are saved as a new video — the original highlight is preserved.

Sharing Highlights to Social Media

Match Center allows you to share highlights directly to connected social media accounts.

Before sharing for the first time, you must connect your social accounts:

1. Click the Profile icon in the bottom left corner

2. Select Connections

3. Click Connect New Account

4. Select X.com, YouTube, or Facebook

5. Follow the authorization flow to connect your account

Once accounts are connected, to share a highlight from Match Center:

1. Open the highlight in the right-side panel

2. Click the Share button

3. Select a connected social media account

4. Choose when to post (immediately or schedule for a specific date and time)

5. Add a post title

6. Click Create Post

Different social platforms have different file size and duration limits. Ensure your highlight meets the requirements shown on the share screen.

Combining Multiple Highlights

You can combine multiple match events into one video directly from Match Center:

1. Select multiple events in the timeline using the checkboxes next to each event

2. Click the Combine button

3. All selected highlights merge into one video

4. The combined video opens directly in the video editor for further editing

From the video editor, you can adjust the order of clips, add pre-roll or post-roll videos, trim individual clips, or make other edits before saving the combined video.

Filtering Match Center Timeline

Use the filtering options on the left side of Match Center to display specific event types:

* Matches: Filter by specific match

* Stream type: Filter by streaming configuration

* Event categories: Goals, substitutions, cards, and more

Filtering helps you quickly locate specific highlights when reviewing or combining events.
