To download one highlight, start by navigating to Multimedia > Highlights. Click on the highlight you want to save to open its full-screen view, then click Download below the video player. Once you click Download, progress for the download appears in the top right corner of the screen.

You can also download several highlights at once. Navigate to Multimedia > Highlights, then from the Clips tab, check the box on each highlight you want to download. A toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen - click Download in this toolbar to start the download. As with single downloads, progress appears in the top right corner of the screen.

Download isn't working

Large files take time to convert and download, so check the top right corner of the screen for download progress before assuming something is wrong. If the download appears stuck, try the following steps: first, refresh the page; then, try downloading again; and for very large files, such as full match recordings, try downloading during off-peak hours.
