When you hover your cursor over an image in full-screen view within the Multimedia > Images section, you'll see several action buttons appear. These actions allow you to preview the full image, download it to your computer, replace it with a different image, adjust its dimensions, create a copy, or remove it from active view. These actions are accessed after you've opened an image in full-screen view by clicking on it from the Images tab.

Six actions are available when hovering over an image. Preview lets you view the full image in your browser, opening it at its native resolution so you can see all details clearly. Download saves the image to your computer, downloading it immediately to your default downloads folder.

Change lets you upload a different image to replace the current one; this keeps the same image record but swaps out the actual image file. Crop/Clip lets you adjust the image dimensions, opening the image editor where you can crop, zoom, and edit the image, then click Save after making your adjustments.

Duplicate creates a copy of the image, generating a new image record in your library with the same file, name, and settings, which you can then modify independently. Finally, Archive removes the image from active view; archived images no longer appear in your regular image library but are not permanently deleted, and you can view them by toggling "Include Archived" in the filter options.

To reach these actions, first navigate to Multimedia > Images, then click on an image to open it in full-screen view. Once the image is open, hover your cursor over it and the action buttons will appear as overlays on the image. From there, simply click the action you want to perform.

Image actions accessed by hovering over the image are different from editing image details. Keep the following distinctions in mind:

​

• Image details (name, competition assignment, description) are edited using the fields in the full-screen view interface, not the hover actions.

​

• Click Save at the bottom of the screen after editing image details.

​

• The hover actions (Preview, Download, Change, Crop/Clip, Duplicate, Archive) appear only when you hover your cursor over the image itself.
