With your room connected, start by laying it out. Sections split your graphics into groups, shown as coloured tabs across the top of the graphics panel, so your operator can go straight to the right place.
Ways to lay out sections
By part of the show: Pre Match, First Half, Half Time, Second Half, Post Match.
By graphic type: Lower Thirds, Full Frames, Scorebug.
Choose whatever suits how your operator works.
Add a section
Open the Control Room from your match.
Click + next to the section tabs.
Name the section, for example Lower Thirds.
Pick a colour for it.
Repeat for each section you need.
Move a graphic to another section
Click ⋮ on the graphic and select Edit.
On the Details tab, change Section.
Click UPDATE GRAPHIC.
Tip: Give every section a different colour, so the operator's eye goes straight to it.
