Common Account Access Issues
If you cannot access your LIGR Live account, the most common causes are unverified accounts, incompatible web browsers, or forgotten passwords.
Account Not Yet Verified
When a new user is invited to an organization, they receive a verification email at the address provided during invitation. The user must click the verification link in this email before they can access the organization.
Solution: Check the junk or spam folder for the verification email. Verification emails often end up in spam filters. If the email is found in spam, mark emails from LIGR as safe to ensure future delivery.
If the verification email cannot be found after checking spam, contact support via the chat function in the bottom right of the Help Center.
Incompatible Web Browser
LIGR Live works best with Google Chrome or other Chromium-based browsers. If you are experiencing access issues, the browser you are using may not be compatible.
Solution: Switch to Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser and attempt to log in again.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.
1. Navigate to the LIGR Live login screen
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address registered to your LIGR account
4. Click "Email me a reset link"
5. Check your email for password reset instructions
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Marking LIGR Emails as Safe
To prevent verification emails and password reset emails from being filtered to spam, mark emails from LIGR as safe in your email client. This ensures future emails are delivered to your inbox.
Mark LIGR emails as safe in:
* Gmail
* Outlook
* Yahoo Mail (MacOS)
* iCloud Mail
